Brown basmati rice with Mutton rib bone soup

Ingredients:

Brown rice - 1 glass (washed and soak for 30 min before cooking )

Water - 3 glass
    

To cook:-
 1. add the washed rice to the pressure cooker 
 2. Along with that add 3 glasses of water. Use the rice measuring glass for water too. Keep the glass the same, also you can add 3 0r 3 1/2 water. That's no problem.
3. Cook for 1 whistle on a high flame, then it would be to cook on lower flame for 30 minutes .
4. Then finally switch off the stove, and keep the pressure cooker aside until the pressure is out after 10 or 15min you can open and transfer the rice to the hot servicing box.

                   Mutton rib bone soup 
Ingredients :
Mutton with Rib bone -1/4 kg (wash 2time in plain water & cook 3 whistle with little salt and turmeric powder)
Chopped Onion-1
Chopped tomatoes-1
Bay leaf 2
Jeera 1/4 sp
Green chilli &dry red chili-1,2
Oil - 2 TSP
salt 

To fry and grind soup masala into paste:
Cinnamon-1
Cloves-4
Pepper-1sp
Cumin-1/4sp
Kashmiri red chilli powder-1sp
Coriander powder-1/4sp
Red chilly powder-1/4sp
kulambu chilly powder-1/4 sp
Dry red chilli-2
Ginger garlic paste-1sp
Kasoori methi

How to cook
Heat the pan add oil fry all the soup spices and grind into smooth paste

Again heat pan add oil fry onion in medium , then add tomatoes and saute well . Add Salt green chilli , kasoori methi and soup paste fry it in a little .

Finally add cooked mutton and heat well and serve hot with your favourite rice.
