Ingredients Almond - 10 (soak a day before night) chocolate chips - 2 spoon water - 1 glass How to do Take 10 almond and soak before a day, next day morning peel the almond skin or you can grind almond with skin . add water in milk pan and boil that like normal milk . Almond is having much anti oxidant . Its consist a vitamin E , healthy fat and it's give a good health to heart . Can drink plain almond milk or any flavoured like chocolate flavour without sugar is a healthy. After milk gets boiled, add the chocolate chips mix well . After chips is get mixed well . Turn off the flame . Transfer to the tea glass and Enjoy.
