What is overnight oats?

if you for going somewhere at morning very early or  very busy routine or  you have no time for cooking then you can do this recipe this one is the best recipe for healthy eating and fuller for a longer time. Only you need to buy rolled oats.

Mostly all of one love this recipe in your home this is more nutrients and very easy and this is a very good food at morning.

Ingredients 👇

Rolled oats - ½ cup

Curd -½  cup

Boiled and chilled Milk - ½ cup

Cardamom - two pieces

Honey - 1 spoon for sweetness

Pomegranate with little skin - 1 handful ( for fruit no quantities is required I'm adding one handful for this)


How to do:

A day before night I am doing this, 

Add rolled oats , curd , milk crushed cardamom powder honey pomegranate just add all the items in a bowl and give a good mix .

Then close this plate and keep it in the fridge. You should keep this one in the normal refrigerator.

Then take this one from the refrigerator morning before when you are eating 10 to 15 minutes.

If you need more thin means you can adjust to add normal milk and enjoy this one with your family .
