Horse gram benefits
This dosa does not included urad dal or rice . In my own knowledge iam sharing this recipe for weight loss , i do not add rice or urad dhal (white) in my cooking for weight loss.This dosa is so easy to make in the morning. You can buy the horse gram in the wholesale market , its really very cheap in price and you can grind as flour in your local flour mill.
So I have used homemade horse gram flour for making this dosa . And this one is sift horse gram flour .
Horse gram flour - 1 cup
Cumin seed - 1 sp
Wood pressed sesame oil
Salt
Warm water - 2 cups
How to do :
1. To making this dosa I am adding one cup of horse gram powder, one spoon of cumin seed , and Little amount of salt.
2. Iam adding a 2 cup of warm water. Just check the dough consistency. If water is needed add warm water .
3. Heat the dosa pan and apply oil before you making this horse gram dosa.
4. Pour the dough in round shape in dosa pan with the ladle. Add spread some wood pressed sesame oil or Organic Ghee .
5. Roast the dosa in both side serve with your favourite side - dish.
That's it 😊 it is a very super... and very simply we can easily make this instant horse gram dosa in the busy morning , and I have used homemade horse gram powder , weakly twice you can eat this one and really so easy and so tasty you can enjoy with sambar or chutney in the morning.

TIPS
👉Tips for making this dosa, try to use only warm water not to use hot warm . And dosa will not come in proper shape.
👉Also whenever you are start making the dosa try to spread the oil in the empty dosa pan . dosa will come in proper shape.
