Healthy foods to eat everyday is a good habit , when iam in cooking in my kitchen i start think what food can i prepare it today and that will be mostly easy and healthy recipes with tasty food only i will prepare it.
So today i am going to share a pure vegetarian cooking and healthy lunch side dish recipes for you , its really so tasty vegetarian indian food recipe and very easy to make . Can serve with rice.
Ingredients :
Indian broad bean - 500 gram (Avarakkai in Tamil) Finely chopped
Turmeric powder - ¼ sp
Pink himalayan salt - ½ sp
Water - Little to cook the vegetable
Cook for 1 whistle in pressure cooker
Organic Coconut oil - 60 ml
Fennel seed - 1 teaspoon
Curry leans
Big onion - 2 chopped
Himalayan pink salt - 1 teaspoon
Aachi kulambu chilli powder - 2 Tbs
To grind in to smooth paste for Masala :
- Coconut - 1 cup
- Green chilli - 2
- Cloves - 3
- Fennel seed - ¼ sp
How to cook :
Add organic coconut oil in dosa pan , After Oil is heated well , Fennel seed , Curry leaves and two big chopped onion saute little.
Add Himalayan pink salt and Aachi kulambu chilli powder roast it little.
Then add coconut paste for making tasty masala until fry raw smell goes.
Finally add cooked vegetable Indian broad bean ( avarakkai) roast little with little organic coconut oil . This Avarakkai Masala or Broad Beans Masala can Serve with hot ghee rice . Its really super lunch recipe. Try this weekend and enjoy .
TIPS:
I have used finely chopped broad bean , so after cooking the Vegetables for one whistle in pressure cooker , Please cool the cooker from the tap water in the kitchen area and open the vegetables immediately and drain water for cooking.
