Masala Tea / Chai is a South Indian morning or evening milk tea drink on every home in india
Here I have included some spices .This masala spices make it very tasty and healthy too.If you feel cold coughs or fell allergies in coughs or want to sip some tasty tea . Just make this tea and drink you will relief soon and yes you too will enjoy more tasty masala chai . OK now will get started to make this recipe.
📝 Ingredients
1.crushed this Spices ( Ginger 1/2 small piece , pepper 7 , clove 2, cardamom -2) pic down
2.Milk - 1 glass bigone
3.water - 1/2 glass
4.Any brand of tea dust 1 and 1/2 sp
5.sugar for sweetness - 1 sp
Methods to do
Take a milk boiler pan first add water , allow to heat on high flame in stove , here iam using induction stove.
After water is well heated just add all crushed spices and add tea dust it became quite good aroma and tea decoction also became well , just spell the spices make more aroma too in this stage..

Add sugar and milk . After milk became overflown up turn off stove.
And enjoy the cup of masala tea / chai
