Almond butter is high in monounsaturated fats. Monounsaturated fats mean it helps to lower LDL (bad) cholesterol and raise HDL (good) cholesterol . It's basically rich in Calcium , potassium ,iron and magnesium .
                  Almonds are a bone-building food. Almond butter also provides good dietary protein. OK Let's see how to make smooth and tasty almond butter at home now.

✔ Ingredients :

1. Badam - 3cups 

2. salt - little

Place a Iron rich kadai in stove in high flame add almond to fry.


Fry well all the almond should become in brown colour , and it should be broke like broken shape. Just adjust the stove flame occasionally ,to make sure allmond shouldn’t get over fry.



Add salt little is enough butter.

After frying all almonds should be broken like this (see picture down).This is a good fry , for making a tasty almond butter.You don’t need to add sugar , or oil to making this. This is pure / organic home made almond butter preparation.

Then switch on the wet grinder ,run up little on empty , for just a minute , then add all the fried almonds.

Note :

Don’t add almonds before the wet grinder is switch off and don't to make rotate it can’t rotate with almond .

That’s it . It's ready to serve almond butter you can take as a breakfast with apple , brown bread or you can eat daily 1 spoon of almond butter.It's a good source of dietary food to maintain a good fat.
Store in refrigerator and use.
